Melissa Taylor, Author & Speaker

With God’s help, Melissa Taylor strives daily to keep order and peace in her busy life.  She has been married to Jeff, her wonderful husband, for 18 years.  Together, they have 4 beautiful children, Blake, Hayden, Dylan, and Hayley Grace.  Melissa is a member of the Proverbs 31 Speaking Team and Board of Directors.  Her messages focus on leading women to discover their true identity in Christ and not in the temporary things of this world.  She has been teaching Biblical truths for fifteen years, is a contributing writer to Encouragement for Today online devotions, and a contributing author to God’s Purpose for Every Woman.

 Melissa was Teacher of the Year at an elementary school in Charlotte, NC, where she taught for five years before it was evident God was calling her into ministry.  In addition to speaking and writing, Melissa’s life is dedicated to her family.  She helps her husband in his business and is extremely devoted to raising their four kids.  Her love for children and passion for the family have been the driving force in her ministry to build a Godly home and share the transforming love of God with others.  She has a burning desire to encourage every woman she meets to be all that God created her to be and not to settle for anything less.
